The first step in my work is to identify the business objectives that my clients wish to promote using AI. Based on this, I develop the principles for legally compliant AI use and support the development and implementation of internal guidelines, work instructions, and transparency notices. Risk Analyses and Targeted Measures
The European AI Act takes a risk-based approach, distinguishing between prohibited AI practices, high-risk AI systems and limited-risk AI systems, as well as general-purpose AI models. The applicable requirements depend on the category of AI system used, with the majority of requirements set out in the AI Act applying to high-risk AI systems and general-purpose AI. Lower-risk AI systems mainly incur transparency requirements. I help you identify and implement the necessary compliance measures.

If you want to use AI solutions from third parties, I support you with due diligence and help you minimise relevant risks in data protection, IT security, and trade secret protection. I also support you in negotiating the underlying contractual provisions with providers.
